You will receive a confirmation email once you place your order. Please contact us if you do not get the confirmation email. Once your payment is verified and order processed, parcel will be shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.

Local Pick Up – Send a rider to pick up at our store or come visit our store to pick up your order

Door Step Delivery- 2000 naira

Standard delivery: 1-2 working days. 

All Nigerian States (Excluding Lagos)

Door Step Delivery: 3000 – 4000 naira ( Weight Dependent)

Standard Delivery: 2 – 4 working days.

International Shipping 

All international orders are shipped via GIG or DHL express. We offer world wide shipping to more than 220 countries and territories. International delivery transit time takes about 3 – 12 working days. 

Cost: To ship an item weighing 0.1kg – 2kg costs 25,000 naira ($56). At check out your total shipping will be shown for the weight of items purchased.

For domestic shipping, please carefully check and confirm your address and contact information. In the event of a failed delivery, your order will be reshipped and you will be charged another shipping fee. 

All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. We are not responsible for loss or stolen packages once DHL/GIG has marked your package as delivered. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.
